Private Wealth and Family Office Services

Last reviewed 29 October 2026 · Demetre E. Katsouris, Managing Partner

In a nutshell. Families with assets in more than one country, or with a business and property to pass on, need legal structures that work across tax, succession and corporate law at once. Katsouris Law Firm advises such families on relocating to Greece under the special tax regimes, establishing a family office or holding structure, transferring the family business, structuring estates that span several jurisdictions — including trusts and foundations — and organising philanthropy, drawing on its inheritance, tax, property and residence practices.

Whom does the private wealth practice serve?

Internationally mobile families moving their tax residence to Greece; Greek families of the diaspora with assets in Greece and abroad; founders of family businesses preparing for the next generation; Golden Visa investors whose Greek property forms part of a larger estate; and individuals who wish to give part of their wealth to public-benefit purposes.

Can the firm work with our advisers abroad? Yes; most private wealth matters are coordinated with the family’s lawyers, accountants and trustees in other countries.
